A. If we are unable to contact a target employer, the candidate will be offered a choice of a refund or the opportunity to replace the contact with a new job prospect. There are no refunds available for contacts that are successfully completed on the candidate’s behalf.

Q. How will I know that my resume was actually sent to a Decision Maker?
A. You will be forwarded a copy of all e-mails sent on your behalf along with the name, title, Department and main phone number of each Key Decision maker.
Q. Will I be able allowed to contact the decision makers on my own to follow up?
A. Absolutely, although we ask that if you are told the Company is not interested, that you refrain from continuing to call or e-mail.
Q. How do you determine who the most effective “Key Decision Makers” are for me?
Key Decision makers vary according to the role being targeted. Although they can sometimes include an individual as senior as a C-Level Executive, the most effective contact for most roles tends to be somewhere between a Senior Director and an Executive VP. Our goal is to see that at least one key decision maker within the Staffing or Talent Acquisition Department of your target employer is contacted; as well as one Key Decision maker within the exact Department you are targeting. For instance, if you are a Sales Manager, we would contact the respective Executive VP of Sales for the Division you are targeting; as well as the most senior Executive in the company’s Staffing or HR Department.
Q. What is I have already applied on line to a company or a particular job?
A. VIP Resume Marketing will contact key decision makers on your behalf whether you have already applied online or not. Our service is intended to circumvent the automated systems that preclude a candidate’s resume from getting into the right hands. That said, if you have applied online to a role and already received a rejection from the target employer, we recommend you use our marketing services for a fresh opportunity.
Q. Employers expect to pay large fees when they use Staffing agencies like yours. Will I be putting myself at a disadvantage by aligning myself with MPA and VIP Resume Marketing VS simply applying on my own?
A. You are correct in your assumption that agencies typically charge employers 25% to 30% of the first year’s base salary when they hire one of their candidates. This is NOT the case when we present candidates through our VIP Resume Marketing program. We make it crystal clear to potential employers that we are waiving all customary fees. Most are smart enough to recognize the unique value of the situation; and if anything, they become even MORE interested in our candidates.
Q. What if I ask you to contact an employer and you cannot find a Key Decision Maker for them?
A. Your target employer list will be reviewed after you register. You will be notified if there are any companies on your list for whom we do not have current, verified executive level contact information. At that point, you will have the option of substituting those companies with new targets; leaving the spots open to use as you identify new potential employers, reducing your plan to one that includes fewer attempts and receiving an immediate pro-rated refund; or canceling altogether and receiving 100% of your money back.
Q. Do you guarantee that I will be contacted by a Key Decision maker from my target employers?
A. No. VIP Resume Marketing simply guarantees that a Key Decision Maker within each targeted organization on the list you provide will receive a copy of your resume via e-mail. After that, the role of VIP Resume Services ends and it is up to each employer exclusively to decide whether or not a particular candidate has the requisite experience to qualify for the advertised opening.
Q. Will you help me with my resume?
A. We will review your resume, and if we feel it can be improved, we will contact you with our suggestions. If they are changes you are unable to make on your own, we will give you an estimate for making the changes for you. If the changes are extensive to the point where we feel you need an entirely new resume, we will refer you to an outstanding resume service with whom we have recently partnered. They offer a free critique and produce consistently outstanding, highly professional results.

Q. Is the contact information you use to identify Key Decision Makers private or exclusive data that I could not access on my own?
A. A significant percentage of the contact information we use is from private subscription sources; however if you are a good researcher or are willing to invest in a subscription to a private information service yourself, you can possibly make the same contacts. That said, you are likely to find that such a subscription will exceed our fees by tenfold or more. Furthermore, our team has combined Staffing experience of more than 35 years.
